Goodbye 2015 — but HAPPY 2016!!!!

Hope everyone had an amazing 2015 holiday and New Year’s Eve!

New Year’s is always a time to get excited for what’s to come, but I wanted to give a quick roundup of all the amazing wonderfulness December 2015 brought!  Here in LA, it was a whirlwind month for me, filled with mega parties, family engagements (!!!), family and friend togetherness, major movie premieres, awesome friends coming to town, shopping and weddings!  Whew!  I’m exhausted — but thrilled — just thinking of it!

2015, you were amazing, filled with so much excitement and adventures.  And of course, you ended with quite a bang. Or a bash. The all-too-fashionable wedding of two of my favorite people in the world – fashion blogger extraordinaire @FashionTrendForward, aka Annette, and her new hubby, Gary. (Seriously, go check her blog out, she’ll really want you to.)

Held at the Taglyan Cultural Complex right here in Hollywood, it was a gorgeous affair. I had so much fun being co-Maid of Honors with @citychickstyle, aka Lesley. (Also, seriously, check out her blog too!FullSizeRender-8  FullSizeRender-11

The whole wedding party got up bright and early for hair and makeup – I went for soft, romantic curls swept up in a glamorous updo with tendrils framing my face. We kept my makeup natural and romantic as well. Then on for pictures in my long sought after co-MofH dress, a floor-length lace lace Badgley Mischka gown with sexy peek-a-boo cutout in back and floral print.

All of us ladies were all looking very gorgeous, of course – and the gents, quite handsome – so lots of photos got snapped. Then we walked down the aisle, the beautiful bride and groom shared their first dance as husband and wife – and we danced the night away with family and friends.

The perfect way to cap off 2015 and start celebrating what’s new to come in 2016.

I’ll drink to that!
